Privacy and data use
How STACKOPTIMA handles information in its public comparison workspace.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the public STACKOPTIMA website and comparison workspace. The site is independently operated under the STACKOPTIMA name. It describes the current application behavior; it does not replace the notices of providers, hosts, browsers, or services linked from this site.
Effective and last reviewed: 12 September 2026. We will revise this notice before introducing a material change to the way the application collects, uses, or shares visitor information.
Using the comparison tools
The public comparison tools do not require a STACKOPTIMA account. Budget, traffic, token-volume, output-share, and priority selections are used in the browser to calculate the displayed estimate and shortlist. The current application does not submit these selections to a model provider or store them in a visitor profile.
Do not enter personal, confidential, regulated, or customer data into calculator fields. The workspace is designed for planning assumptions, not for uploading or processing sensitive business records.
Technical delivery information
Your browser requests pages and the public catalog from the site's hosting and API infrastructure. That infrastructure may process technical request information—such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details, time of request, and security signals—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
STACKOPTIMA does not represent that infrastructure logs are absent, nor does this notice override a hosting provider's own data practices.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
STACKOPTIMA uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. Analytics helps us understand aggregate visits, traffic sources, page use, scrolling, and outbound-link interactions. Visitors can reject analytics or change their choice at any time through the Privacy choices control. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user data remain disabled.
Areas marked for advertising are reserved layout spaces, not live advertisements. Hosting and platform security features may operate independently of the optional analytics choice. Google Analytics may process device and usage information under Google's applicable terms and data-processing commitments; STACKOPTIMA does not intentionally send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying form content to analytics.
Email and external links
The contact link opens your email application. If you choose to send a message, it contains the address and content you provide and is handled by the receiving email service. Send only the information needed for your question or correction; never send passwords, API keys, payment information, or private customer records.
Provider and reference links open third-party websites. Their operators apply their own policies. Opening a source link does not transmit calculator selections through the STACKOPTIMA comparison application.
Questions and requests
For a privacy question or a request concerning information you have voluntarily sent by email, contact hello@stackoptima.com. Include enough context to identify the correspondence without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights. We will consider reasonable requests in light of the information actually held and the law that applies to the request.
Optional voice answers
Voice input starts only after your consent and an explicit microphone action. Your browser or operating system may send audio to its speech recognition provider. Its privacy terms apply. STACKOPTIMA does not record or store audio or transcripts on its servers.
Recognized text is held temporarily in this page to propose a field value. You choose whether to apply it, then confirm all requirements before a report is generated. Form values and reports remain in the page memory; reloading clears them. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy under your control.
